Leonard Peltier rally in San Francisco on MONDAY February 6th, 2012

AIM-WEST will hold a Leonard Peltier rally on MONDAY February 6th starting at the Federal courthouse on Mission and 7th at 11 am and will leave at 11:30 am for a short walk to the Federal Building on Golden Gate St. for a noon time rally from 12-1 pm. We will have prayer, sage, drum and song, open microphone, speakers and announcements. The rally will be held to remind the public that the USA is warehousing political prisoners and that we haven't forgotten the date of Leonard's arrest in Canada (Feb.4th). At that time we will also give an update about the "Walk for Human Rights" across the country arriving in Washington D.C. (white house) May 18, 2012. Join us or do what you can near your community. A reminder to all AIMsters in greater bay area; AIM-WEST office rent will increase to $350 beginning March 1st. All donations are welcome, and tax deductible.
